Bianca’s Harvest | MGO 100+
310g
This special harvest of MGO 100 honey has been sourced by Bianca from bees that share the nature reserve with us and are cared for according to principles closely aligned with our own.
Selected by River Hawk Bee Sanctuary
100% pure, raw, unfiltered, cold-pressed Australian Honey foraged from pristine bushlands. Co-created following organic and regenerative principles.
Delicious, pollen-rich, nutrient-dense MGO 100+ honey, traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory, antioxident, antibacterial and antifungal properties, to promote wound healing and digestive health.
This honey carries an MGO rating of 100+, reflecting the naturally occuring methylglyoxal associated with honey made from Leptospernum species - Australias native tea trees.
While our own honey bee colonies are resting, we have chosen not to harvest from them, giving the bees space as they adapt and learn to live in balance with the Varroa mite. In the meantime, we are honoured to share this special harvest from Bianca, whose approach to caring for bees is very much aligned with our own. Bianca’s harvest allows us to continue to share beautiful, pure honey while giving our own colonies the space they need.
